VIN decoding failed - 2024 F250 6.8L

I recently updated our Maxisys MY908 because i couldn't read the VIN of a 2024 F250 6.8L. I tried using my Autel CAN FD adapter and have no luck with that either. The message i receive on the screen of the scanner is VIN decoding failed.If i recall, i could read out some data if i don't use the VIN however i wanted to reset the KAM and perform an ethanol % relearn which i am unable to do without using the VIN.
